Do patiently wait until blood stops flowing into the tube. Then completely mix the anticoagulation and additive for 5-8 times, while inappropriate mixing will cause hemolysis, coagulation of blood blister and influence the test result．
◆ The sodium citrate solution is added to the blood collecting tube for anticoagulation, and the ratio of anticoagulant to blood is 1:4. ◆ For the determination of erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
◆ Φ13×75mm tube is specially used for blood specimens collection and anticoagulation in Westergren sedimentation test. Φ8×120mm tube can be used with ESR rack or automatic blood sedimentation instrument.
